The foundation of Gürteks Group was laid with Mehmet Hayri Özkaya's initiative to buy and sell knitwear yarn.

1982

Gazikent Boya-Apre Atölyesi was established by Mehmet Hayri Özkaya.

1992

His sons, benefiting from the accumulated experience of Mehmet Hayri Özkaya, established Gürteks Tekstil ve Boya San.Tic.Ltd.Şti. to produce acrylic yarn.

1997

With the success of years, Gürteks İplik San ve Tic.Aş. was established as the second company.

1998

Gürteks Pazarlama A.Ş. was established.

1999

Gürteks Motorlu Araç lar San. ve Tic. A.Ş. was established to undertake the dealership of SEAT Gaziantep from Doğuş Group, the distributor of SEAT Turkey. A.Ş. was established.

Gürteks İnşaat A.Ş. was established.

Gürteks Enerji Dağ.San ve Tic.A.Ş. was established for the energy sector.

Gürteks Home Tekstil San. ve Tic. A.Ş. was established. Gürteks Fund Assistance and Solidarity Association was established.
